HIGH FREQUENCY CONFIGURATIONS The audiogram below represents an individual with a significant hearing loss at all frequencies.  He or she can only hear 5 to 10% of the average speech signal.  Unless this hearing loss is conductive and can be treated medically, this individual would obtain extreme benefit from the use of hearing aids.  Click on audiogram to enlarge.
