LOW FREQUENCY CONFIGURATIONS
We do not know for sure without bone conduction testing, however, most low frequency hearing losses are conductive.
This individual would need a full audiological evaluation to determine if the loss is conductive or sensorineural.
If it is conductive he or she would require medical intervention. If is is sensorineural, he or she could be fitted
with a hearing aid, however, the benefit would be minimal.
