LOW FREQUENCY CONFIGURATIONS The audiogram below represents an individual with a significant hearing loss at all frequencies.  He or she can only hear 5 to 10% of the average speech signal.  Unless this hearing loss is conductive and can be treated medically, this individual would obtain extreme benefit from the use of hearing aids.
