Payment   Diagnostic Procedures: Most diagnostic services are covered by medical insurance. We will bill your primary insurance for you. Though we bill your insurance, you are ultimately responsible for payment. If insurance is not available, payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. Co-payments should also be paid for at the time of service.   Hearing Aids: The first step in obtaining a hearing aid(s) is a complete audiological evaluation. Payment for this evaluation is covered in the policy above. The audiological evaluation is the only service that is not included in the price of the hearing aid(s). All other services related to the hearing aid(s), such as fitting and follow-up appointments are included in the price of the hearing aid(s).   Payment for hearing aid(s) can be made in full at the time of delivery of the hearing aid(s). This appointment is called the 'Hearing Aid Fitting'. At this appointment, the hearing aid(s) will be adjusted to your hearing needs. You will have 30 days after this appointment date to evaluate the benefits of the hearing aid(s). If for any reason, you decide not to keep the hearing aid(s) within the 30-day trial period, we will refund the purchase price of the hearing aid(s), minus $90.00 per hearing aid. The $90.00 processing fee is to compensate for the time involved in fitting and counseling you for your hearing aid(s).   To qualified buyers, we offer no interest 3 month, 6 month and 12 month plans.  We also offer three to five year low interest payment plans to qualified buyers.
